Geoplast is an environmentally safe needle-punched non-woven material for the installation of road surfaces (frame and filter layers), drainage devices, fortification of slopes.
Mechanical strengthening of the web (needle piercing) provides an excellent elasticity in the perception of dynamic forces (especially when laying), excellent adaptability to surface irregularities, avoiding local overload due to optimal elongation.
Geoplast is strong and does not decay, being in the ground, it is distinguished by high chemical resistance, resistance to thermal and oxidative aging.
Geoplast is used both in the construction of new roads (protection of slopes and cushions of road surfaces from washing), and during repair work (connecting layers between new coverings and underlying). The use of the web for road repairs can improve the adhesion between old and new layers, reduce internal stresses between them, reduce the likelihood of cracking in a new coating, facilitate the removal of the coating in subsequent work.
Mechanical hardened (needle-punched) non-woven materials are characterized by sufficient strength, high deformability, protective properties, water permeability not only in the surface of the web, but also in the transverse-longitudinal direction. Their main functions are drainage and protection.
The material with code S 2/... is a non-woven fabric, fastened with needle-punched method. The material is compacted.
The material with code S 3/... is a non-woven fabric, fastened with needle-punched method and thermobonded.
The material with code S 4/... is a non-woven nappy fabric. Material marked “A” does not have thermobonding and is more stretched, which has its advantages when tuning car interiors.
The material with code S 8/... is a non-woven fabric, fastened with needle-punched method and calendered on both sides.
The material with code S 9/... is a non-woven fabric, fastened with needle-punched method and calendered on one sides.
The material with code S 13/... is a non-woven fabric, fastened with needle-punched method.
The material with code IF... is a non-woven fabric, fastened with needle-punched method and, depending on the purpose of the material, can be additionally thermobonded.
The material with code SP... is a non-woven needle-punched fabric with a continuous impregnation of the polymer composition. The material under normal conditions is hard, when heated to 100-130° C softens and can be molded.
The material with code SA 2/..., SA 3/... is a non-woven needle-punched fabric with one-sided impregnation with the polymer composition.
The material with code SA 7/... is a nonwoven needle-punched fabric reinforced with a woven frame with a one-sided impregnation by a polymer composition.
